The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Strasbourg's old town, just a stone's throw away from both the train station and the lively city center. The rooms offer a good value, though with views into an alleyway or the inner yard, they come well-equipped with all the amenities you need. Service is top-notch, and housekeeping ensures a clean and comfortable stay. However, the dining experience lacks variety, and the absence of certain amenities may slightly affect the overall value for money.
I found my stay at the hotel to be a bit of a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The rooms, while clean, were in bad condition and had views into an alleyway. The service, especially the housekeeping, was top-notch. The dining experience was enjoyable with fresh fruit juices, but there were some missing amenities that impacted the overall value for money.
This hotel definitely has its highs and lows. The rooms offer a great view with all the amenities you need but sadly face an alleyway to the east. The service from the housekeeping team is top-notch, although there were some ups and downs during my stay. The location is superb, directly in the city center of Strasbourg, making it ultra-convenient. The dining experience was a bit inconsistent as fresh fruit juices were served, yet no halal products were available. The facilities provide everything you require for a comfortable stay, with a few extra perks here and there.
